Part-Time Virtual Assistant
SK Media LLC seeks a part-time virtual assistant (10-15 hours/week). This person will support a fast-paced multi-media consulting firm. The ideal candidate brings to the table a can-do, positive attitude, a laser-focused ability to manage projects, batch tasks, and complete deliverables with a strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and schedule

Develop and launch new lead pages, email lists, and manage the analytics review of opt-in/conversion data related to all of the above

Responsible for managing email lists, sending out ZOOM invitations to all virtual events and meetings and tracking RSVPs/scheduling changes as needed

Post updates to the corporate and branding websites

Conduct research for future podcast, blog post, workshop, and book projects

Responds to corporate emails on behalf of the organization
Experience:
-
1+ years’ work or strong administrative internship experience.

Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Well organized with the ability to batch tasks based on priority.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Strong analytical skills paired with an understanding of, and commitment to, data integrity and confidentiality.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

Familiar will analyzing data using Google Analytics.
-
Proficiency with Aweber, Leadpages, and other CRM tools.
Compensation:

$20/hr
