Part-Time Virtual Assistant

SK Media LLC seeks a part-time virtual assistant (10-15 hours/week).  This person will support  a fast-paced multi-media consulting firm.  The ideal candidate brings to the table a can-do, positive attitude, a laser-focused ability to manage projects, batch tasks, and complete deliverables with a strong attention to accuracy and detail.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and schedule

  • Develop and launch new lead pages, email lists, and manage the analytics review of opt-in/conversion data related to all of the above

  • Responsible for managing email lists, sending out ZOOM invitations to all virtual events and meetings and tracking RSVPs/scheduling changes as needed 

  • Post updates to the corporate and branding websites

  • Conduct research for future podcast, blog post, workshop, and book projects

  • Responds to corporate emails on behalf of the organization

 

Experience:

  • 1+ years’ work or strong administrative internship experience.

  • Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Well organized with the ability to batch tasks based on priority.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills paired with an understanding of, and commitment to, data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

  • Familiar will analyzing data using Google Analytics.

  • Proficiency with Aweber, Leadpages, and other CRM tools.   

 

Compensation:

  • $20/hr
